Shipping Policy
We want to provide clarity on what to expect with shipping:
1. Standard Curbside Delivery
This is the normal delivery method and is a great fit if you don't need the chair lifted up any stairs.
The chair will arrive unassembled in its factory boxes from the freight company. They will deliver to a carport or entryway and you are responsible for set-up.
Some chairs are heavy, so having 2 people to move the chair is best.
The assembly is straightforward and vendors have videos on how to set-up these chairs. Typically you need to attach air hoses, arms/footrests.
Set-up usually takes 15 to 45 minutes. If you need help with assembly, email or call us and we will assist you.
2. White Glove - Set-up (room of choice) and chair assembly
You can add White Glove Delivery to your order for $150 to $399 depending on the manufacturer
A two-person installation team will deliver, unpack and install your massage chair in whichever room you like (and carry it up the stairs if needed).
Important note: The massage chair will be delivered to the white glove company first. They will then call you to set-up a time for delivery.
3. Order confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
4. Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship on average within 2-4 business days and it usually takes around 7-10 business days of the date of your order to be delivered unless you chose what glove which takes 5-7 additional days.
If there are any delays, our customer service team will follow-up and share details on your order if it has not been shipped out in 3 business days.
